FOLKS! FOLKS! FOLKS! is a handcrafted boxed set collecting seven songs each across three thematic albums — heartbreak, nature, and political protest — from Lead Belly through Jesse Welles. The set includes 7" vinyl albums, lyric booklets, a 140-page handmade hardcover artist book, and a Fender harmonica, housed in a laser-cut, hand-stained red oak box lined with foam and velvet.

The art direction is rooted in the visual language of the genre: rusty, resonant Americana. Rust runs through everything — the hardcover book cloth, the wood type drop caps scanned from the MassArt letterpress, the aged coating on the vinyl records, the hinges on the red oak box. It's not a color choice, it's a material argument: that folk music weathers, oxidizes, and endures. Hamilton Wood Type's Unit Gothic anchors the typography — a typeface with its own American industrial history — carried across all three album covers and through the book's pull quotes and headers, reinforcing the project's connection to print, protest, and the physical weight of the artistic tradition.
